Health and Fitness Stuff

I love running, and sailing, but I am far from the sea at the moment, so I am just running. Ha ha. Over time, and in particular during the past 10 years, I have picked up some insights into my health, which could benefit you other people too. I am neither a vegetarian, vegan nor a food or yoga fanatic. But, since I was going down with stress, smoke and circulation related illnesses, I have learned some lessons and some things one can do, avoid and eat.
