Welcome to my food and nutrition blog

Without food we can not live. Very simple. It is important that we get the right kind of nutrition. Although it is always tempting to let the sweet tooth rule our choices, and stuff our stomachs, it is not really what we need. I therefore want to concentrate the theme of this blog on the kind of food that keep us healthy, and makes eating enjoyable at the same time. My cultural food encouters from around the world has helped me a lot to improve my own eating habits, and taught me a lot about what really makes good food and gourmet experiences at the same time. This blog is therefore complementary to my travel, lifestyle and health blogs.
