The Essence of Fitness: Achieving Physical and Mental Well-being

Fitness is the condition of being physically and mentally fit with good health, and ability to carry out daily tasks with vigor and alertness, without undue fatigue, and ample energy to enjoy life! Hence, fitness encompasses more than just the ability to perform physical tasks; it embodies a state of holistic well-being, both physically and mentally. It is the foundation upon which individuals can lead vibrant, energetic lives and tackle daily challenges with vigor and resilience.

Do No Harm

#donoharm is simply a good ethics to follow. Life is about taking care of life, and not harming it. So think about how your actions in all your daily activities actually may impact humans and other life forms.
Anyways, there is much to say about this, and I will devote this part of my blog to explore how we through increasing our conscience about the effects of our actions actually is key to changing our world today. It is all about how we conduct our lives, our behavior and habits, and thus how we can change our current ways towards a simpler way of living.

My take on Simple Living

Living simple is not as straightforward an endeavour as we may like it to be. Surely, we humans really tend to complicate things, that do not need to be complicated. Simplicity is by now a very sought after subject, and there is a lot out there on the subject already. Hence, this blog is just my take on how we can live simple, and my take on what usefully would be the principle of living simple that it would be great if all human could follow.
